Vocational Training (CFGM) in the Industrial, Chemical, or similar branch.
Forklift license (electric pallet jack) is essential.
Experience in a position of similar characteristics of at least 1 year.
Warehouse experience is essential. Experience in production environments will be valued.

The role

B. Braun wishes to incorporate two people as CAPS Warehouse Assistants in the Parenteral Mixture Manufacturing Unit of B. Braun Medical, S.A., at its Rubí workplace, reporting to the production manager from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:40 p.m. with a one-hour break, under a temporary contract for Christmas holiday replacement.

What you'll do

Preparation and disinfection of raw materials and auxiliaries for the manufacturing of parenteral mixtures.
Preparation of the disinfection booth and associated disinfectants used in the sanitization stage of the production process.
Inform the Manager of any anomaly related to the preparation and disinfection of materials.
Reception, review, and physical and digital placement of all auxiliary materials delivered by external providers used in the CAPS manufacturing process, as well as materials supplied from B. Braun warehouses.
Digital management of transfer orders for materials located in B. Braun warehouses.
Global management of all materials located in the CAPS warehouse, or specific support in the commercial warehouse, regarding inventories, adjustments, stock regularization, etc.
Distribution of materials in the various locations of the CAPS warehouse, according to the planning and instructions of the computer system.
Responsible for maintaining order and the correct arrangement of materials in the warehouse.
Refrigeration of the finished product, in a refrigerator or blast chiller, before packaging and shipment to the Client, and prior verification of the equipment, according to the instructions described in the procedures.
Packaging (primary and secondary) of parenteral mixtures for distribution, according to the Transport Agency employed, according to established routes and departure times. Modification of data in the computer system, if necessary.
Transfer of waste from the manufacturing process, from the filling room to the locations defined in the CAPS warehouse.
Distribution of samples to the various B. Braun departments that support CAPS.
Responsible for the correct organization and filing of the documentation generated during the various stages carried out in the Service.
