At BABEL, we are looking for a new colleague as a Senior Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator; you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical activity within the Protect area, ensuring the correct execution of cybersecurity services oriented towards the prevention and protection of client assets. Your main function will be to act as a link between technical teams, service managers, and clients, ensuring alignment between security strategy, operational processes, and business objectives. Coordinate and supervise the technical activities of the Protect area, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency in the provision of managed services.

• Act as a point of reference for operational teams, facilitating communication and the resolution of incidents or needs between levels.
• Collaborate closely with other cybersecurity areas (Detect, Respond, Recover, Identify) to guarantee a comprehensive view of protection.
• Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and best practices within the area.
• Participate in the planning and prioritization of projects, ensuring correct resource allocation and compliance with deadlines.
• Meetings with clients or key interlocutors when necessary.
• Contribute to the professional development of the team, promoting collaboration, continuous training, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improvement in the services under your scope.
