Residential Center Supervisor

• Initial 3-month contract with the option to become permanent.
• Full-time in rotating morning shifts (7:20 AM to 2:45 PM) and afternoon shifts (2:35 PM to 10:00 PM). From Monday to Sunday with rotating days off; two weekends off per month.

We believe that excellence in care is achieved through close, organized, and committed management, and for this reason, we want to hire a Supervisor to help guarantee the proper functioning of the care services in our Ballesol Logroño center.

Watch over the quality of the care and services received by the residents, ensuring comprehensive care that covers dining, laundry, cleaning, and assistance. You will be in charge of the coordination and management of the care team, in order to maintain an orderly, safe, and comfortable environment, guaranteeing the maximum well-being of the residents and the peace of mind of their families.

• Guarantee the correct functioning of the center through the supervision and compliance with the rules and guidelines established by the Management.
• Coordinate and direct the different care services (caregivers, cleaning and laundry, catering, and other non-medical services) and organize work shifts, days off, vacations, leaves, work distribution, as well as providing training support to new hires.
• Supervise the catering service, ensuring adequate menu planning, the correct presentation of meals, and compliance with standards of order, cleanliness, and uniformity in the dining room.
• Review monthly or seasonal menus, special diets, and feeding measures prescribed by the medical team, guaranteeing their compliance, as well as the residents' intake.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure the good condition of the facilities, informing Management of possible needs.
• Manage and apply the quality system in your area: job planning, daily care control, indicator analysis, and application of improvement measures in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Watch over the care of residents' belongings, the control of work materials, and the maintenance of the stock of tableware and linen.
• Attend to and inform families, visitors, and residents together with the center's Management.
• Prevent and detect possible unethical or inappropriate behaviors, using the Management System processes when necessary.
