· You will develop the solution and design the construction details and building envelope systems (including sheet metal, glass, sandwich panels, and others) and facades, both in the bidding and preliminary design phases and during the execution phase of contracted projects.

· You will apply professional codes, building standards, and design guides. You will design according to legal and client specifications.

· You will collaborate with the Project team and the workshop to reduce costs by selecting suppliers and manufacturing methods.

· You will provide technical support and expertise to the Purchasing, Production (manufacturing), and on-site assembly teams during project execution in the field of building envelopes and facades.

· You will generate technical documentation, purchasing and production lists, and analysis and documentation for assembly.

· You will ensure the satisfaction of the client and project stakeholders.

· You will optimize and seek more efficient solutions.

· You will support R&D&I projects and technological surveillance of products and design and calculation tools.

· You will use tools such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and Tekla.

· A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or Architecture.

· At least 5 years of experience in international project environments within a technical office, designing and calculating building envelopes.

· Advanced English proficiency.

· General knowledge of building envelopes (sheet metal, sandwich panels, decking, glass, etc.), as well as manufacturing and assembly processes for structural elements.

· Knowledge of calculation and design software: SAP2000, AutoCAD, TEKLA, etc.

· Availability for occasional travel for national and international projects.

¿Por qué elegir ONDDI?

· Desarrollarás la solución y diseñarás los detalles constructivos y sistemas de cerramiento (incluyendo chapa, vidrio, paneles sandwich, otros) y fachadas, tanto en la fase de ofertas y anteproyectos como en la fase de ejecución de los Proyectos contratados.

· Aplicarás los códigos profesionales y las normas de construcción y guías de diseño. Diseñarás según las especificaciones legales y del cliente.

· Colaborarás con el equipo de Proyecto y el taller para reducir costos mediante la selección de proveedores y métodos de fabricación.

· Colaborarás con el equipo Comercial para reducir costos mediante la selección de proveedores y métodos de fabricación.

· Darás soporte técnico y aportarás conocimientos al equipo de Compras, Producción (fabricación) y de montaje en obra durante la ejecución del proyecto en el ámbito de los cerramientos y fachadas.

· Generarás documentación técnica, listados de compras y producción, análisis y documentación para montaje.

· Velarás por la satisfacción del cliente y los intervinientes en el proyecto.

· Optimizarás y buscarás soluciones más eficientes.

· Apoyarás a proyectos de I+D+i y vigilancia tecnológica de producto y herramientas de diseño y cálculo.

· Aplicarás herramientas como AutoCAD, SAP200, Tekla.

· Ingeniería Técnica o Superior en Mecánica, Civil, Estructural o Arquitectura.

· Experiencia de al menos 5 años en entornos de Proyectos internacionales en el área de oficina técnica, realizando diseños y cálculo de cerramientos.

· Nivel avanzado de inglés.

· Conocimientos generales en cerramientos (chapa, paneles sandwich, deck, vidrio,…), así como de procesos de fabricación y montaje de los elementos estructurales.

· Conocimientos de programas de cálculo y diseño: SAP2000, Autocad, TEKLA etc.

· Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente por proyectos tanto nacionales como internacionales.
