Applications and Support Technician

Job description

Are you interested in working with advanced industrial technology, participating in real projects with clients, and having a complete technical role (from configuration to commissioning and support)? We are looking to add an Applications and Support Technician to join our team and participate in the entire lifecycle of our systems.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of a technical team with a key role in the implementation, configuration, commissioning, and support of industrial automation solutions (CNC, drives, software, etc.), both at client sites and internally.

You will participate from the technical pre-sales phase through to issue resolution and product improvement, gaining a global and very practical view of how the systems work.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Analyze client technical needs and collaborate on pre-sales studies

Configure, parameterize, and adapt systems according to specific requirements

Carry out commissioning and implementations, both at client sites and internally

Provide technical support: diagnosis, repair, testing, and adjustment of equipment and components

Program and modify parameters, PLCs, and user programs

Participate in integrations with other systems and provide technical advice

Train clients in the use, programming, and maintenance of the systems

Manage and analyze repair and configuration data

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, after-sales service, engineering) to improve solutions

Technician

What are we looking for?

Engineering degree (Industrial, Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or similar)

Technical profile with an interest in both field (client) and laboratory/workshop environments

Knowledge or experience in:

Industrial automation (CNC, PLCs, drives...)

Equipment configuration and parameterization

Electronics or industrial systems

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Autonomy and client orientation

Availability for occasional travel (if applicable)

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formarás parte de un equipo técnico con un rol clave en la implantación, configuración, puesta en marcha y soporte de soluciones de automatización industrial (CNC, regulación, captación, software de apoyo, etc.), tanto en cliente como en entorno interno.

Participarás desde fases de preventa técnica hasta la resolución de incidencias y mejora de producto, teniendo una visión global y muy práctica del funcionamiento de los sistemas.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Analizar necesidades técnicas de cliente y colaborar en estudios de preventa

Configurar, parametrizar y adaptar sistemas según requisitos específicos

Realizar puestas en marcha e implantaciones, tanto en cliente como internamente

Dar soporte técnico: diagnóstico, reparación, testeo y ajuste de equipos y componentes

Programar y modificar parámetros, PLCs y programas de usuario

Participar en integraciones con otros sistemas y asesorar técnicamente

Formar a clientes en el uso, programación y mantenimiento de los sistemas

Gestionar y analizar datos de reparaciones y configuraciones

Colaborar con equipos internos (comercial, SAT, ingeniería) para mejorar soluciones

Conocimientos en integración de sistemas

Experiencia en entornos industriales o fabricante tecnológico

Técnico

¿Qué buscamos?

Formación en Ingeniería (Industrial, Electrónica, Automática, Telecomunicaciones o similar)

Perfil técnico con interés tanto en campo (cliente) como en entorno de laboratorio/taller

Conocimientos o experiencia en:

Automatización industrial (CNC, PLCs, regulación…)

Configuración de equipos y parametrización

Electrónica o sistemas industriales

Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas

Autonomía y orientación al cliente

Disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales (si aplica)
