The role

We are looking for a Product and Industrialization Development Engineer for a company specializing in the development and manufacturing of precision equipment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical development and industrialization of new products, covering the entire cycle from conception to transfer to production.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will play a key role as a liaison between engineering and operations, ensuring that designed products are robust, manufacturable, and aligned with cost, quality, and schedule objectives. To this end, they will perform the following functions:

Lead the integration of product design, mechanical, electronic, and firmware aspects.
Analyze the technical and economic feasibility of new developments.
Lead the prototyping, validation, and continuous product improvement phases.
Define the BOM, assembly processes, and technical instructions.
Manage industrial costs.
Lead cross-functional coordination with purchasing, production, and quality.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected profile must meet the following requirements:

Engineering degree.
Solid experience in product development environments involving mechanical and electronic areas.
Solid knowledge of CAD tools, electronic development, and manufacturing processes.
Practical profile with a results-oriented approach.
Dynamic personality and initiative.
Advanced level of English.
