Financial and Tax Technician

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar responsibility roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial analysis.
• Experience in year-end closing, budgeting, management control, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP tools.
• English level B2 or higher; experience in international environments is an advantage.
• Previous experience in industrial and/or automotive companies will be highly valued.
• Analytical, organized, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work across departments and provide a business perspective.

Batz Group is looking for a Finance and Tax Technician. Reporting to the Finance Manager, they will guarantee the correct economic and financial management of the company, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and the criteria and policies established by the group.

Desde Batz Group estamos buscando a un/a Técnico/a financiero/a y fiscal. Dependiendo del Responsable Financiero, garantizará la correcta gestión económica-financiera de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimento de las obligaciones fiscales y de los criterios y políticas establecidas por el grupo.

• Prepare tax returns, analyze legislative updates, and coordinate with tax advisors to respond to any requirements that may arise.
• Collaborate with the finance manager in developing and monitoring management controls for different business units.
• Analyze monthly production cost variances and variances arising from inventory valuation, according to the valuation criteria of each business unit.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the Management Plan for different business units.
• Ensure that economic and financial information complies with the criteria and policies established by the Group.
• Participate in reporting, consolidation, and results monitoring processes when necessary.
• Collaborate in external audits and in the preparation of necessary documentation.
• Perform tax returns, analyze legislative updates, and coordinate with tax advisors to respond to requirements that may arise.
• Collaborate with the finance manager in the preparation and monitoring of management control for the different business units.
• Analyze monthly production cost deviations and deviations derived from inventory valuation, in accordance with the valuation criteria of each business.
