What you'll do
- Detect the needs of the store team.
- Coordinate SELECTION processes and internal movements of colleagues.
- Coordinate TRAINING actions in store.
- Attend to and guide the team regarding issues and doubts in LABOR RELATIONS matters.
- Perform ADMINISTRATIVE tasks in labor matters: communication of hires, terminations, personnel variations, payroll preparation, settlements, and personnel filing.
- Team DYNAMIZATION and assisting with teambuilding actions.
- Assist with the management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions.
