From CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS, we need to recruit a Second Reception Manager to work in our hotel CATALONIA MAJORICA (PALMA DE MALLORCA).

What you'll do

The main tasks to be performed are as follows:

  • Supervision and coordination of the reception team, supporting the Reception Manager in the daily organization of the department.

  • Management of check-in and check-out processes.

  • Customer service and incident resolution, guaranteeing agile and quality service.

  • Coordination and supervision of room assignments, room changes, and special requests.

  • Cash control, daily closings, and monitoring of administrative procedures specific to reception.
