The role

We have an offer for you!

We are looking for someone with a sales profile for our Paterna store to expand our Projects team (installations and renovations).

What would your duties be?

What you'll do

You will attend to and advise customers on renovation and installation projects (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cladding, plumbing, electrical work, etc.).
You will listen to customer needs and propose technical and decorative solutions tailored to their project. Customer service is our hallmark!
You will prepare budgets and accompany the customer throughout the entire purchasing process, from choosing materials to planning the installation. You will need to record them in the company's internal databases, ensuring proper follow-up of each project.
You will coordinate with installers and associated services to ensure the correct execution of projects.
You will need to keep your knowledge up to date on trends, new developments, and solutions in the renovation and installation field.
You will collaborate in organizing promotions and commercial campaigns.
You will ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the sales area. Safety is a priority for us!
