The role

Are you passionate about interior design and customer relations? Would you like to join an established company where you can take part in real bathroom projects, accompanying the client throughout the entire process?

We are looking for a Bathroom Project Sales Advisor for a store specializing in building materials and fixtures, located in the Manresa area.

What you'll do

- Personalized customer attention and advice in store

- Design and proposal of bathroom solutions tailored to your needs

- Sale of furniture, sanitary ware, faucets, and accessories

- Preparing budgets

- Order tracking and coordination with suppliers

- Accompaniment throughout the entire renovation process

- After-sales follow-up and customer loyalty

Requirements

- Residence in the Bages region and own vehicle

- Knowledge of and interest in interior design.

- Training in Interior Design is a plus.

- Experience in face-to-face sales and customer service. Experience in sectors such as: construction materials, DIY, kitchen/bathroom is a plus.

- Ability to organize and manage multiple simultaneous projects

- Good communication skills and customer orientation

- Proactive person, with initiative and good teamwork

- Catalan and Spanish
