What we're looking for
We are looking for recent graduates, committed and motivated to live a unique experience in a leading financial entity in Behavioral Economics.
To participate in the process, you must meet these requirements:
Having a University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or similar. We also value Master's profiles in fields related to Behavioral Sciences, Customer Behavior, or Customer Experience.
The degree must be official or recognized in Spain.
Having completed official training -Degree or Master's- between January 2024 and October 2026.
Not having previously worked under a training contract for obtaining professional practice, contract model 420, in another company with the same degree.
Have good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (Minimum Spanish level: C1. Minimum English level: B2).
Proactivity and autonomy, critical thinking, evidence orientation, and analytical capacity.
Communication and influence, intellectual curiosity, and an experimental mindset.
