Warranty and Remodeling Project Manager

What would the job involve? 🦺

You will join the Warranty Projects department within the Maintenance Services division.

Your mission will be to manage the Remodeling from start to finish, carrying it out in accordance with the guidelines set out in the contract, as well as the comprehensive, timely, and effective resolution of systematic failures and breakdowns that may arise during the warranty period of the projects in terms of scope, quality, schedule, cost, procurement, risk management, and resources, as indicated in the relevant contract to ensure compliance with the Company's objectives.

And for this, you will carry out functions such as:

Preparation of the warranty service during the execution of the supply or remodeling project:
Contractual analysis of supply and suppliers.
Preparation in SAP (entering coverage in SAP, etc.) according to the conditions of each contract.
Monitoring of the process for the timely delivery of consignment materials, their use, return, or resale.
Monitoring of the preparation, training, and definition of an on-site warranty team: Communicating operational objectives to the team, monitoring them, and implementing corrective actions, promoting and facilitating their achievement among the personnel under your charge.
Development of the Warranty Management Plan according to the contract.
Reporting transversally to all involved areas and dealing with them. Warranty activation record.
Definition of the cost structure.
Analysis and monthly monitoring of the received budget and incurred costs.
Managing the personnel assigned by the different departments for warranty management and the different areas of Engineering, Documentation, Procurement, Quality, RAMS, Maintenance, etc.: organizing and making decisions regarding the work, periodically monitoring its progress, and proposing the necessary corrective actions in case of deviations in costs, schedules, or quality.
Monitoring and coordinating the timely and effective resolution of issues at the client, internal, or supplier level to ensure service closure within schedule and cost, including possible modifications.
Managing the recovery of performance bonds (warranty) together with the Contract Manager and the Company's Treasury.
Managing lessons learned throughout the development of the warranty service.
