As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that maintain the efficient movement of goods. The Quality Specialist oversees and controls the quality of the logistics operational processes and procedures at their site, in order to ensure compliance with all parameters established by Kuehne+Nagel and the requirements agreed upon with customers. Likewise, they support the preparation of sites for internal and external audits, monitoring corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness.

They are also responsible for developing the work instructions for the site under their responsibility.

This role acts under the guidelines of the Regional Quality Specialist and in collaboration with the various business units and functional areas.

• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and the quality requirements established by customers.
• Supervise operational processes, identifying critical points and promoting corrective and improvement actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the effective implementation of performance and quality plans.
• Optimize processes and work methods to increase operational efficiency and activity control.
• Keep site documentation up to date, including work instructions and operating procedures.
• Promote the knowledge and application of customer requirements and quality standards throughout the organization.
• Provide support in internal and external audits, risk analysis, and the monitoring of improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, site KPIs, and applicable certifications and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, EN 9100, and GxP Pharma standards).
