•  More than 5 years of experience in agile environments and leadership roles: Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Transformation.
• Demonstrable experience leading agile transformations at an organizational level.
• Expert knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other scaled agile models.
• Experience implementing agile methodologies in complex organizations.
• Mastery of advanced agile metrics and monitoring of transformation KPIs.
• Experience managing stakeholders and environments with multiple teams.

At BEIGAR, we are looking for a Scrum Master Senior / Agile Coach to join a technology multinational within the strategic projects and organizational transformation area.

These are 2 open positions in different high-impact technological projects, focusing on agile transformation, transversal leadership, and the evolution of organizational maturity.

We are looking for senior profiles with real experience leading agile transformations at an organizational level, capable of influencing management, mentoring teams and Scrum Masters, implementing scaled frameworks, and managing complex environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead agile and cultural transformations at an organizational level.
