At BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, the Facilities Engineering division, we are involved in a wide range of leading projects, working with clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager Junior for our Barcelona office, to drive the business of the unit working with clients in the industrial sector in the area.

What you'll do

Drive the Outsourcing business in the Industrial Services sector: facilities, industrial services, process plants, EPC projects.
Establish long-term relationships with clients.
Provide advice to your counterparts.
Develop the market according to the global marketing and sales strategy.
Define and implement local marketing and sales plans.
Create and develop a team of technical consultants who work as on-site engineers/technicians at our clients' facilities.
Participate in the follow-ups conducted with the consultants.
Negotiate rates with clients and framework agreements.

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Engineering or related fields relevant to the business.
At least one year of experience in Industrial Engineering will be valued, with more recent experience in business development roles.
Commercial experience in outsourcing services is highly valued.
Interest in developing a career in business development roles within the engineering sector.
Own vehicle or the possibility of having one available.
Residence: Barcelona or surrounding areas.
And regarding Soft Skills: you will fit in if you enjoy teamwork and caring for shared results, have a commercial vocation and a results-oriented mindset, and are also accustomed to working with planning and order.
