Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI (GENAI) and LLMs.
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially with AI services in Azure (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and its associated libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Knowledge of Deep Learning architectures.
Experience in the complete ML model development lifecycle (from experimentation to production).
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

We are looking for an AI Engineer – Microsoft Foundry / Agentic AI to expand one of our teams.

What you'll do

As an AI Engineer, you will be a key piece in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions, with a particular focus on Generative AI (GENAI) and the Microsoft Foundry ecosystem.

Design, develop, train, and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, with special emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and other GENAI architectures.
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can provide strategic value.
Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies in the field of AI and GENAI.
Participate actively in the definition of the AI solution architecture, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
Work with Microsoft Azure platforms and services for the construction and deployment of AI solutions.
Optimize the performance of AI models and applications.
Document the development process, models, and design decisions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advances in AI, GENAI, and Microsoft Foundry.
Contribute to the culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
