• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in water treatment plants, specifically in desalination and in the handling of static and rotating equipment.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and thermal processes applied to water treatment.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• High level of English, both spoken and written, for communication with international teams and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to travel as required.
