We are currently looking for a Senior PMO Consultant – Transformation & Supply Chain to join an international business transformation project within the Supply Chain and Operations area.

• You will coordinate the daily operations of the PMO, ensuring the monitoring of programs, projects, and transformation capabilities.
• You will consolidate the integrated portfolio, performing the monitoring of milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
• You will provide support to financial management, including budgets, investments, transformation costs, savings, and business benefits.
• You will prepare governance reviews and executive reporting, ensuring the quality and consistency of the information.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, reporting standards, and governance frameworks for programs and projects.
• You will support Program Management and Project Management teams through coaching, maturity assessments, and training materials.
• You will identify relevant inconsistencies, risks, and deviations, facilitating their resolution or escalation to the PMO lead.

As this is a global environment, a high level of English is required.

• More than 4 years of experience in business consulting, business transformation, PMO/TMO, or program/portfolio management.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the coordination and monitoring of multiple programs and projects in complex corporate environments.
• Solid knowledge of business management and finance, including budgets, investments, costs, and benefits.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to synthesize information and prepare executive reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and senior stakeholder management skills.

Actualmente buscamos un/a Senior PMO Consultant – Transformation & Supply Chain para incorporarse a un proyecto internacional de transformación empresarial dentro del área de Supply Chain y Operaciones.

• Coordinarás la operativa diaria del TMO, asegurando el seguimiento de programas, proyectos y capacidades de transformación.
• Consolidarás el portfolio integrado, realizando el seguimiento de hitos, riesgos, dependencias, acciones y decisiones.
• Darás soporte a la gestión financiera, incluyendo presupuestos, inversiones, costes de transformación, ahorros y beneficios de negocio.
• Prepararás revisiones de gobernanza y reporting ejecutivo, asegurando la calidad y consistencia de la información.
• Contribuirás a la mejora continua de metodologías, estándares de reporting y marcos de gobernanza de programas y proyectos.
• Apoyarás a los equipos de Program Management y Project Management mediante coaching, evaluaciones de madurez y materiales formativos.
• Identificarás inconsistencias, riesgos y desviaciones relevantes, facilitando su resolución o escalado al responsable del TMO.

Al tratarse de un entorno global, se requiere un nivel alto de inglés.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y gestión de stakeholders senior.
