The role

At BETWEEN Group, we continue to grow and expand our team, betting on the best talent. In our Substation Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of pioneering projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor to expand one of our teams in Tel Aviv, Israel.

If you have a solid track record of at least 10 years in Civil Works project supervision, experience in EPC environments, and are looking for a professional challenge in an international market, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

Coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
Control the progress of the works.
Verify quality compliance (QA/QC).
Guarantee safety (HSE).
Resolve technical execution incidents.
Coordinate interfaces between disciplines.
Participate in short-term planning.
Report to the Construction Manager.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Works project supervision, preferably in the industrial sector (Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food).
Demonstrable experience in EPC environments (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
Deep knowledge of construction regulations and standards applicable in Israel.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
Availability to reside and work in Tel Aviv, Israel.
