We are looking for a Site Supervisor to expand one of our teams in Bilbao, with a focus on road projects.

As a Site Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include, among others:

• Supervising and controlling the development of works under construction, ensuring compliance with plans, technical specifications, and current regulations.
• Verifying the correct execution of works by contractors and subcontractors, paying special attention to quality and safety standards.
• Controlling access to construction areas, ensuring that only authorized and properly equipped personnel access them.
• Identifying and reporting incidents, deviations, or non-conformities that may arise during the execution of the works.
• Collaborating in the planning and scheduling of site activities, in coordination with the site manager and other involved technicians.
• Performing measurements and checks of the executed works for their certification.
• Participating in the preparation of site monitoring reports, reporting on the status of the works, the resources used, and any possible deviations.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site, promoting a culture of prevention among all personnel.
• Maintaining fluid and constant communication with the site team, contractors, and other involved parties.
• Managing logistics and order in the construction area.
• Special attention to the correct signaling and control of works on roads, guaranteeing road safety and worker safety.
