The role

We are looking for a Commercial ADV - Back Office to drive and collaborate in commercial processes, with a special focus on managing export orders and public tenders. This person will be key in supporting our commercial team, managing orders, and customer service, contributing to the achievement of the objectives set in our strategic plan.

What you'll do

Attention and support to national and international customers.
Order management: from reception and invoicing to logistical follow-up.
Comprehensive management of public tenders: technical writing, documentary preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Monitoring of specifications and tenders, detecting opportunities and conveying requirements to the commercial and R&D teams.
Coordination with other areas (Purchasing, Production, After-Sales Service, R&D+i).
Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and current regulations.

ABOUT YOU

Training in International Trade, Administration, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (valuable in tender/bidding environments).
Languages: English is essential. French, Basque, or other languages will be valued.
Knowledge of ERP, customs management, and international transport.
Good command of digital and office tools.
Goal-oriented and achievement-driven with a commercial vision
Ability to work as part of a team.
An autonomous person, with initiative and the ability to manage projects independently.
Flexibility, proactivity, and motivation for continuous improvement.
