The role

We are looking to bring on board a Commercial Back Office professional for a growing industrial company specializing in solutions and products for the food sector, with a strong international presence and a highly dynamic, collaborative environment.

The position will play a key role within the commercial area, acting as the point of connection between clients, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring that all administrative and operational processes run efficiently.

What you'll do

Administrative and operational support to the commercial department.
Preparation and follow-up of commercial quotes and budgets.
Management and tracking of customer orders.
Updating and maintaining information in CRM/ERP.
Coordination with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, production, and administration).
Phone and email support for domestic and international customers.
Monitoring delivery deadlines and resolving commercial issues.
Preparation of commercial and technical documentation.
Support in document management for contracts, rates, and databases.
Preparation of commercial reports and tracking of KPIs.
Organization and support for trade fairs, events, or commercial activities.
Administrative management of exports and related documentation (if applicable).

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial back office, customer service, or administration
Proficiency in CRM/ERP and advanced Excel skills
English valued
Detail-oriented profile, multitasking, and B2B customer service skills
