What do we do? Bip's Technology Consulting unit is responsible for helping our clients define, plan, and execute their digital transformation plans, identifying and helping to implement the technologies aligned with the business strategy that maximize return on investment. Through our services, we help our clients make technology the lever for business transformation and help them solve their most important challenges related to information technology (IT). We help them redesign their operating models, make their processes and operations more efficient and automated, plan, govern, and manage their information systems, plan and support their journey to the cloud, and manage their technology providers (HW and SW), etc.

What are we looking for? We are looking for a professional to support IT continuity management by participating in the definition, monitoring, and improvement of technology recovery strategies, Disaster Recovery plans, backup testing, reporting, auditing, and risk management.

The person will provide support in coordination with business, technology, risk, and audit areas, ensuring traceability between critical applications, IT services, and technology components, as well as compliance with defined continuity objectives.

• Support the definition of IT continuity strategies aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate the relationship between critical applications, IT services, and technology components.
• Review and support the development of recovery plans and backup strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and document Disaster Recovery tests and backup recovery.
• Maintain metrics, reports, SLAs, and service monitoring dashboards.
• Support audits, findings, controls, and risk management in GRC tools.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ITSCM model through automation, process optimization, and best practices.

• Graduate in STEM fields (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.) or Business Administration with proven experience in technology consulting of 3 to 7 years.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in functions related to IT continuity, technology resilience, disaster recovery, IT risk, IT governance, IT operations, or cybersecurity.
• Experience in coordination with technical teams, application owners, infrastructure, architecture, cybersecurity, business continuity, risk, and audit.
• Experience in preparing executive documentation, reporting, meeting minutes, action plans, evidence, and follow-up presentations.
• Analytical skills, structuring, and synthesis.
• Cross-functional coordination skills and results orientation.
• Professional English (minimum B2)

¿Qué buscamos? Buscamos un/a profesional para apoyar la gestión de la continuidad IT participando en la definición, seguimiento y mejora de estrategias de recuperación tecnológica, planes de Disaster Recovery, pruebas de backup, reporting, auditoría y gestión de riesgos.

La persona dará soporte en la coordinación con áreas de negocio, tecnología, riesgo y auditoría, asegurando la trazabilidad entre aplicaciones críticas, servicios IT y componentes tecnológicos, así como el cumplimiento de los objetivos de continuidad definidos.

• Apoyar la definición de estrategias de continuidad IT alineadas con las necesidades de negocio.
• Coordinar la relación entre aplicaciones críticas, servicios IT y componentes tecnológicos.
• Revisar y dar soporte en la elaboración de planes de recuperación y estrategias de backup.
• Planificar, coordinar y documentar pruebas de Disaster Recovery y recuperación de backups.
• Mantener métricas, reports, SLAs y cuadros de seguimiento del servicio.
• Dar soporte a auditorías, findings, controles y gestión de riesgos en herramientas GRC.

Contribuir a la mejora continua del modelo ITSCM mediante automatización, optimización de procesos y buenas prácticas.

• Graduado/a en titulaciones STEM (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Matemáticas, Física, Química, etc.) o ADE con experiencia demostrable en consultoría tecnológica entre 3 y 7 años.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en funciones relacionadas con continuidad IT, resiliencia tecnológica, disaster recovery, IT risk, IT governance, operaciones IT o seguridad tecnológica.
• Experiencia en coordinación con equipos técnicos, responsables de aplicaciones, infraestructura, arquitectura, ciberseguridad, continuidad de negocio, riesgo y auditoría.
• Experiencia en elaboración de documentación ejecutiva, reporting, actas, planes de acción, evidencias y presentaciones de seguimiento.
• Capacidades analíticas, de estructuración y síntesis
• Capacidad de coordinación transversal y orientación a resultados.
• Inglés profesional (mínimo B2)
