MISSION

In relation to internal communication, our objective is to connect employees with the company by generating spaces for internal dialogue, making them participants in the company's project and driving projects that promote corporate culture and values, as well as initiatives that positively impact the socio-economic and environmental environment, in accordance with the company's brand policy and strategy, in order to foster a sense of belonging to PF Spain.

What you'll do

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting of communication content: news, press releases, articles, posts, videos, etc., required for the different internal and external communication channels.
Updating and monitoring the various internal communication channels: internal newspaper, internal screen network, EchoNet, newsletters, etc.
Support in the control and analysis of statistics for the internal newspaper and the intranet.
Support in feeding the social media editorial calendar (written and audiovisual) and updating corporate websites.
Support in the planning and execution of the annual internal communication audit and the annual communication plan.
Participate in the organization of initiatives involving employee participation, such as meetings/breakfasts with Management, corporate volunteering actions, corporate events (committee, results presentation, etc.), media presentations, and press calls.

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

Degree in Communication (Journalism / Advertising)

Experience

Experience in media or similar will be valued

Languages

Spanish and English B2
