What you'll do

  • Quality analysis of ultrasonic sensors for parking applications and failure statistics
  • Analysis of aesthetic failures, root cause investigation of failures, and quality improvement proposals 
  • Monitoring and documentation of customer complaints at the plant and at IPN (International Production Network) 
  • Measurement of the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented for quality failures at IPN 
  • Use of databases such as SAP and quality tools for data quality analysis and subsequent reporting 
  • Documentation in customer portals for PPAP approvals • Execution of quality and reliability testing of samples according to the ultrasonic sensor specification using specific laboratory equipment
  • Support in the analysis and documentation of internal quality issues and customer-related problems
  • Monitoring of quality parameters on the production lines
  • Management of product samples for customers and development departments
