What you'll get

Grant: 800€ gross (full-time 40h/week)

The role

What you'll do

Management of order entry and confirmation; data maintenance with in-STEP BLUE; a process-oriented software for project management
Participation in capacity planning in BMG: project data maintenance; extraction of costs from SAP
Tracking of bids; forecasting of order entry and sales estimates; risk and quality assessment
Optimization of sales documentation in English and Spanish
Preparation of line and machine sketches for bid calculations
Development of simple manufacturing concepts for automotive products
Liaison for consultations with subsystem suppliers
Participation in the preparation of technical bid specifications
Updating and improvement of bid tools/templates (Templates, Excel, Word)

How you'll work

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one hour for lunch)

Requirements

Student of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Industrial Organization Engineering
Advanced knowledge of 3D design tools, preferably Inventor
Advanced level of Spanish and English. German is a plus
Analytical skills, creativity, and methodical work approach
Ease of communication, teamwork, and flexibility
Enrolled at university for the entire duration
