Environment and Fire Inspector

If you want to develop as an Environment Inspector under the accreditation of the Control Entity for the Prevention and Environmental Control of Activities (EC-PCAA accredited by the Government of Catalonia), as well as a Fire Inspector (under the accreditation of the Fire Department as a Fire Control Entity (ECI) and a Fire Control Organization accredited by ENAC) (RIPCI and RSCIEI)), working alongside a united and responsible team, in a leading company, with very large clients where you will see different things and keep learning... You will work mainly in the field (in activities such as industry, facilities, warehouses, etc.), with an office base for preparing reports. Your intervention will ensure safety, quality, and legal compliance for the client.

DUTIES
■ Prepare inspections by reviewing documentation, applicable regulations, and the history of the equipment or installation.
■ Carry out on-site inspections.
■ Verify the conformity of equipment, installations, products, or environments with current regulations.
■ Identify non-conformities and gather objective evidence.
■ Issue inspection reports and certificates with the traceability and rigor required by BV and the accrediting body.
■ Communicate findings to the client in a clear, technical, and constructive manner.
■ Follow up on non-conformities until they are closed.
■ Operate and verify assigned measuring and inspection equipment, ensuring its calibration and maintenance.
■ Comply with BV's internal procedures, impartiality requirements, and confidentiality.
■ Keep technical qualifications up to date (recertifications, ongoing training, NDT levels, etc.).
■ Apply safety standards and mandatory PPE in each work environment.

• Hold a university degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Work experience in an EC-PCAA (industrial sector).
• Work experience in an ECI.
• Hold basic and advanced training in fire prevention and safety, with a valid certification from the ISPC.
• Availability to travel throughout Catalonia.
• Must have a driver's license.

Trabajarás principalmente en campo (actividades como industria, instalaciones, almacenes,...), con base en oficina para la elaboración de informes. Su intervención garantizará la seguridad, la calidad y el cumplimiento legal del cliente.

FUNCIONES
■ Preparar las inspecciones revisando documentación, normativa aplicable y antecedentes del equipo o instalación.
■ Ejecutar inspecciones en sitio.
■ Verificar la conformidad de equipos, instalaciones, productos o entornos con la reglamentación vigente.
■ Identificar no conformidades, recopilar evidencias objetivas.
■ Emitir informes y certificados de inspección con la trazabilidad y el rigor exigidos por BV y la entidad acreditadora.
■ Comunicar los hallazgos al cliente de forma clara, técnica y constructiva.
■ Realizar seguimiento de no conformidades hasta su cierre.
■ Operar y verificar los equipos de medida e inspección asignados, asegurando su calibración y mantenimiento.
■ Cumplir los procedimientos internos, requisitos de imparcialidad y confidencialidad de BV.
■ Mantener al día la cualificación técnica (recertificaciones, formación continua, niveles END, etc.).
■ Aplicar las normas de seguridad y los EPIs obligatorios en cada entorno de trabajo.

• Poseer titulación universitaria de grado en el ámbito científico o técnico.
• Experiencia de trabajo en una EC-PCAA (sector industrial).
• Experiencia de trabajo en una ECI.
• Disponer de formación de nivel básico y avanzado en prevención y seguridad en materia de incendios con certificación vigente por parte del ISPC.
• Disponibilidad para viajar por toda Cataluña.
• Disponer de carnet de conducir.
