The role

Important leading company in fire protection systems is seeking a Quality and Environment Technician profile for the Madrid office.

What you'll do

Your main duties

Your daily tasks will include

Planning and execution of internal Quality and Environment audits, preparation and support for certification and follow-up audits by external companies.
Preparation of Quality and Environment plans, both internal and external.
Updating and entering documentation into the Quality and Environment System intranet.
Receipt, analysis, monitoring and closure of non-conformities and customer complaints, as well as their control. Preparation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
Preparation and updating of Quality and Environment indicators. Collection of data for customer satisfaction studies and communication with customers.
Evaluation and approval of suppliers.
Product quality analysis at the manufacturer.
Quality and Environment inspections in the manufacturing workshop, warehouse, offices and construction sites.
Management and control of measuring instruments and external and internal calibration.
Assessment of environmental aspects.
Comprehensive waste collection management.
Management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Internal training on Quality and Environment matters.
