You will be an analytical person with a business vision, capable of turning data into decisions and leading the demand planning process to ensure a solid, consensus-driven forecast aligned with the company's growth.

What you'll do

🔹 You will manage and model demand for all SKUs, ensuring data quality and reliability.
🔹 You will prepare the baseline forecast using statistical models and analysis of sales history.
🔹 You will integrate into the forecast all relevant information from the Commercial and Marketing teams, considering promotions, launches, trends, and market opportunities.
🔹 You will provide support and methodology to the commercial area to estimate the impact of promotions and other commercial initiatives.
🔹 You will review forecasts with the necessary frequency and lead time to facilitate efficient supply planning and achieve service and cost targets.
🔹 You will provide medium- and long-term aggregate forecasts to support production capacity, warehousing, and transportation planning.
🔹 You will lead the Demand Review and Consensus Forecast processes, aligning the different teams around a single, agreed-upon forecast.
🔹 You will drive and develop the S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning), promoting collaboration across the different business areas.
🔹 You will analyze forecast deviations and biases, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
🔹 You will participate in scenario planning exercises to anticipate risks and identify business opportunities.

What we're looking for

🎓 A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field.💼 3 to 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning roles.
🛒 Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) industry is preferred, especially in dynamic, high-rotation environments.
💻 Experience with SAP and advanced planning and analysis tools will be highly valued.
📊 Excellent analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate complex information into business decisions.
