Customer Manager for Caixa Popular in the Utiel-Requena area

• Manage our financial products and services. Offering them to customers based on their needs to provide comprehensive advice.
• Learn and work with the entity's own operations through the Financial Terminal.
• Carry out commercial activity for acquisition and loyalty, knowing the branch's strategy.
• Be responsible, along with the team, for financing decisions for the successful completion of operations.
• Implement the segment's strategy within the entity's omnichannel context (cards, Wallet, Ruralvía, etc.).
• Train for the best development of your job position.
• Have an open, future-oriented vision, with a creative and innovative outlook.

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or similar. Postgraduate training in the subject or similar will be valued.
• Previous experience in the sector is not necessary. However, experience in the marketing of financial products and services (banking, insurance, etc.) or customer-facing roles will be taken into account.
• Profile with a high customer orientation, relationship skills, and teamwork.
• Oral and written comprehension of Valencian.

• Gestionar nuestros productos y servicios financieros. Ofreciéndolos a los clientes en función de sus necesidades para realizar un asesoramiento global.
• Aprender y trabajar con la operativa propia de la entidad a través de la Terminal Financiera.
• Realizar actividad comercial para la captación y fidelización, conociendo la estrategia de la oficina.
• Responsabilizarse, junto al equipo, de las decisiones de financiación para el buen fin de las operaciones.
• Implementar la estrategia del segmento dentro del contexto omnicanal de la entidad (tarjetas, Wallet, Ruralvía, etc.).
• Formarte para el mejor desarrollo de tu puesto de trabajo.
• Tener una visión abierta, de futuro, con una mirada creativa e innovadora.

• Grado universitario en Economía, ADE, Finanzas y Contabilidad o similar. Se valorará formación de postgrado en la materia o similares.
• No es necesaria experiencia previa en el sector. Si que se tendrá en cuenta el tener experiencia en comercialización de productos y servicios financieros (banca, seguros, etc.) o cara el público.
• Perfil con alta orientación al cliente, habilidades de relación y trabajo en equipo.
• Comprensión oral y escrita del valenciano.
