What we're looking for

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or similar. Postgraduate training in the subject or similar will be valued.
Previous experience in the sector is not necessary. However, experience in the marketing of financial products and services (banking, insurance, etc.) or customer-facing roles will be taken into account.
Profile with a high customer orientation, relationship skills, and teamwork.
Oral and written comprehension of Valencian.

What you'll do

Manage our financial products and services. Offering them to customers based on their needs to provide comprehensive advice.
Learn and work with the entity's own operations through the Financial Terminal.
Carry out commercial activity for acquisition and loyalty, knowing the branch's strategy.
Be responsible, along with the team, for financing decisions for the successful completion of operations.
Implement the segment's strategy within the entity's omnichannel context (cards, Wallet, Ruralvía, etc.).
Train for the best development of your job position.
Have an open, future-oriented vision, with a creative and innovative outlook.
