At Seguros Meridiano, we are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager who has the energy and determination to create a network of collaborators from scratch, who will begin under a mercantile regime (self-employed).

You will be the key piece to recruit, train, and direct a network of commercial advisors in insurance sales, driving their development and ensuring the achievement of objectives.

• Select and recruit commercial advisors who wish to collaborate under a mercantile regime.
• Train and accompany your network of collaborators to boost their sales.
• Motivate and lead with strategies that drive their growth.
• Define and execute commercial plans to acquire new clients.
• Supervise and monitor the activity of the collaborator network.
• Manage the client portfolio.
