We present our Scholarship Program for Office Manager/Manager in the city of Valencia and surroundings.

The scholarship is aimed at people who have recently completed their studies and want to develop their professional career in banking.

What will your work consist of?

You will support the attention and management of the branch, using the financial terminal.

You will learn the cash service operations and basic daily attention (refunds, checks, deposits, fees, taxes, direct debits, etc.).

You will master multichannel and its operations.

You will know and work with the digital tools of commercial management.

You will be involved in the culture of the entity and financial strategies, obtaining a global vision of the branch.

You will attend to customers in person and by phone.

You will know the financial products and services that we market.

You will accompany and observe financial operations such as the opening of accounts, management of insurance products, and investment products.

What does our Scholarship Program offer?

A complete integration with a full-day schedule (8:30 AM to 3:00 PM).

A paid scholarship with a minimum duration of 6 months, renewable for another 6 months. With real opportunities to continue within the entity at the end of the scholarship, since we firmly believe in our talent pool.

Specific initial welcome training for the functions.

Being part of a great team of professionals in the sector from whom you will learn daily.

Being able to develop your professional career in the commercial area of our network of branches and in its different business segments.

In addition, it will allow you to participate in the different innovation and creativity actions of the entity, among other types of initiatives.

Having completed your higher studies at the University of Valencia less than 3 years ago in degrees related to the sector such as Economics, Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting, Law, or related masters and double degrees.

We positively value any previous experience in the development of commercial functions or customer relations.

Understanding of Valencian.

And, above all, a lot of desire to learn and work as a team!

La beca està destinada a persones que hagen finalitzat recentment els seus estudis i vulguen desenvolupar la seua carrera professional en banca.

En què consistirà el teu treball?

Recolzaràs en l'atenció i gestió de l'oficina, utilitzant la terminal financera.

Aprendràs l'operativa de servici d'efectiu i atenció diària bàsica (reintegraments, xecs, ingressos, taxes, tributs, domiciliacions, etc.).

Dominaras la multicanalitat i les seues operatives.

Coneixeràs i treballaràs amb les eines digitals de gestió comercial.

T'implicaras en la cultura de l'entitat i estratègies financeres, obtenint una visió global de l'oficina.

Atendras als clients de manera presencial i telefònica.

Coneixeràs els productes i servicis financers que comercialitzem.

Acompanyaras i observaras operacions financeres com ara l'obertura de comptes, gestió de productes d'assegurances i productes d'inversió.

Que t'ofereix el nostre Programa de beques?

Una completa integració amb un horari a jornada intensiva (8:30h a 15:00h).

Una beca remunerada i amb una duració mínima de 6 mesos, prorrogables 6 mesos més. Amb oportunitats reials de poder tindre continuïtat dins de l'entitat al finalitzar-la, donat que apostem fermament per la nostra cantera.

Formació inicial de benvinguda específica per a les funcions.

Formar part d'un gran equip de professionals del sector dels quals aprendràs diàriament.

Poder desenvolupar la teua carrera professional en l'àmbit comercial de la nostra xarxa d'oficines i en els seus diferents segments de negoci.

A més, et permetrà participar en les diferents accions d'innovació i creativitat de l'entitat, entre altre tipus d'iniciatives.

Haver acabat els teus estudis superiors en la Universitat de València fa menys de 3 anys en titulacions relacionades amb el sector com són Economia, Administració i Direcció d'Empreses, Finances i Comptabilitat, Dret o màsters i dobles titulacions relacionades.

Valorem positivament qualsevol experiència prèvia en el desenvolupament de funcions comercials o de relació amb clients.
