We present to you our Internship Program for Banking Associate in the city of Valencia and surroundings.

The internship is intended for people who have recently completed their studies and wish to develop their professional career in banking.

• A complete integration with an intensive working day schedule (8:30h to 15:00h).
• A paid internship with a minimum duration of 6 months, extendable for another 6 months. With real opportunities to have continuity within the entity upon completion, as we believe firmly in our talent pool.
• Specific initial welcome training for the functions.
• Being part of a large team of professionals in the sector from whom you will learn daily.
• Being able to develop your professional career in the commercial area of our office network and in its different business segments.
• Additionally, it will allow you to participate in the entity's various innovation and creativity actions, among other types of initiatives.

What will your work consist of?

• You will support office attention and management, using the financial terminal.
• You will learn cash service operations and basic daily attention (withdrawals, checks, deposits, fees, taxes, direct debits, etc.).
• You will master multi-channeling and its operations.
• You will get to know and work with digital commercial management tools.
• You will involve yourself in the entity's culture and financial strategies, obtaining a global vision of the office.
• You will assist clients in person and by telephone.
• You will get to know the financial products and services we market.
• You will accompany and observe financial operations such as opening accounts, management of insurance products, and investment products.

• Having completed your higher education at the University of Valencia less than 3 years ago in degrees related to the sector such as Economics, Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting, Law, or related master's and double degrees.
• We positively value any previous experience in the development of commercial functions or client relations.
• Understanding of Valencian.
• And, above all, a great desire to learn and work in a team!
