The role

As a Career Guidance and Employment Manager in Valencia, you will be responsible for the career guidance of professionals, the management of job offers and collaborations with entities and companies, as well as the coordination, supervision, and continuous improvement of the area.

Coordinate career guidance and employment activities to ensure orderly attention to users.
Plan the actions of the employment area,
Organize the resources necessary for the development of guidance services.
Supervise the monitoring of employment actions to maintain proper management.
Handle inquiries related to career guidance and employment services.
Coordinate internal communication.
Drive organizational improvement.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Psychology or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Organized profile and attention to detail.
