Requirements

What we're looking for

Academic qualification: Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications), Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Knowledge and/or experience in:
- Credit risk and regulatory standards (Basel III(IV), CRR/CRD, EBA guidelines, IFRS9).
- Modeling and validation: Experience in internal credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, provisions), stress testing, and recalibration.
- Financial instruments: Corporate credits, loans, guarantees, credit derivatives.
- Calculation and monitoring of regulatory ratios (CET1, leverage, economic capital).
- R and Python programming languages applied to data analysis.
- Advanced SQL language and databases for data analysis.
- Experience in credit risk measurement and provisions.
- Notions of process automation and risk tools (Moody´s, Bloomberg, SAS).
- Effective communication with technical teams.
- Languages: Upper-intermediate English (reading and writing regulations).

- Implement and maintain internal models (PD, LGD, EAD).
- Validate methodologies and perform stress tests.

Interaction with key areas:
- Collaborate with risk, business, internal audit, and technology.
- Participate in regulatory and digital transformation projects.
Optimization and reporting:
- Improve efficiency in reporting and data quality.

Credit risk management and analysis:
- Identify, measure, and control risks associated with the credit portfolio.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management and regulators.
