What do we need from you?

• AML/CFT regulations, SEPBLAC, EU directives, FATF guides.
• Experience in analyzing suspicious operations and managing alerts.
• Fraud monitoring and detection tools (Actimice, SAS, Fircosoft).
• Experience in ETL development (PowerCenter, Talend, or other tools).
• Advanced SQL and database administration.
• Data architectures: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Mesh.
• Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Modeling and reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

• Desirable experience in the financial sector.
• Effective communication with technical teams
• English with an upper-intermediate level (reading and writing).

What functions would you perform?

Fraud prevention and detection:

• Implement and supervise anti-fraud policies and procedures.
• Analyze suspicious operations and coordinate internal investigations.

Counter-terrorism financing control:

• Monitor transactions to identify risk patterns.
• Apply restrictive lists and international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN).

Regulatory compliance:

• Ensure the correct application of national (SEPBLAC) and international (AML/CFT) regulations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and provide support during on-site inspections.

Risk Management and Reporting:

• Define indicators and metrics for risk monitoring.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

Interaction with key areas:

• Collaborate with risk, audit, legal, and technology to guarantee data traceability and quality.
• Participate in digital transformation projects oriented toward fraud prevention.

Development and maintenance of ETL processes:

• Design, implementation, and optimization of data loading and transformation flows.
• Guarantee the quality, traceability, and consistency of information.

Data management and exploitation:

• Administration of data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Fabrik).
• Integration and normalization of data from multiple sources.

Optimization and control:

• Improve reporting processes and data automation.
• Define KPIs for monitoring compliance and efficiency.

Definition and optimization of processes:

• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Document procedures and guarantee their correct implementation.
