Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions (treasury, ALM, financial markets or asset management, consulting).

• High level of English (minimum C1).

• Advanced mastery of Excel.

• High analytical capacity, results orientation, and teamwork skills.

The following will be especially valued:

• Experience with Bloomberg or other market platforms.

• Programming knowledge (VBA, Python, etc.).

• Postgraduate training in finance.

• Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA.

Banco de Crédito Cooperativo (BCC) needs to hire a Senior Specialist in Treasury and Capital Markets in the "Treasury and Capital Markets" area of the Financial General Directorate.

As part of the team, you will participate actively in the Group's financial management, contributing both to balance sheet optimization and to value generation through investment and financing strategies:

• Definition and proposal of investment strategies for analysis in internal committees (ALCO / technical committees).

• Active portfolio management (sovereign fixed income, credit, derivatives), including market execution.

• Monitoring and control of market risks (interest rates, credit, liquidity), with an analytical focus.

• Structural liquidity management:

• Operations in money markets.

• Management of liquid assets (HQLA).

• Compliance with regulatory ratios (LCR, NSFR).

• Interaction with supervisors.

• Participation in wholesale issuances:

• Senior/preferred bonds.

• Mortgage bonds.

• Securitizations.

• Management of foreign exchange risk, including operations and hedging through derivatives.

• Collaboration with other areas (ALM, Risk, Accounting, Investor Relations) and technical support to the business.
