Technical skills:

• Knowledge of ticketing tools (ITSM..)
• Knowledge of project management tools (Rally, JIRA, Clarity...).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (grafana...)

Skills:

• Previous experience as a Change Manager.
• Knowledge of technological service management.
• Excellent communication skills and acting in a constructive manner when facing difficulties, which must be managed with a transversal or global and short-term vision.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Propose new ways of doing things and new tools for improvement.

We are looking for a person with a demonstrated capacity for change management within the technology field, who brings an innovative mindset, adapting with agility to new objectives, tools, and ways of working. It is fundamental to have excellent communication skills, expressing oneself clearly, in a structured manner, and adapted to each interlocutor, as well as the capacity for positive influence, acting in a constructive and convincing manner. Additionally, a outstanding capacity for organization and planning is required, allowing tasks to be approached with efficiency and a strategic focus.

• Participate in the Entity's change management lifecycle, leading coordination teams.
• Active communication with change managers from the business and infrastructure areas, resolving doubts and aligning with the procedures described within the process operating framework.
• Monitor that processes are carried out e2e in accordance with the established regulatory framework.
• Promote changes to the RFC with the objective of obtaining the best results in the final process.
• Plan and order changes with the objective of limiting collisions, placing the service as the fundamental axis of the process.
• Approval of assigned change requests.
• Attend to the ECAB in case of emergency interventions.
• Ensure post-production by verifying the documentation of the change made.
• Collect lessons learned and apply continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with the Bank's technology and services.
• Participate in the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and use appropriate measurement tools to monitor progress.
• Cooperate within the IT Service Management team on transversal tasks.
