Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or similar. A master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or Project Management is highly valued.

• 3-5 years in technological project management, preferably in the implementation of AI Systems based on GPAIs
• Experience in agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMI, PRINCE2) methodologies.
• Experience in using project management tools such as Clarity and Rally.
• AI, Machine Learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Cloud platforms and frameworks (Azure Cognitive Services, IBM Watson, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Data architectures and APIs.
• Analysis tools (Power BI, Python, SQL).
• Leadership, effective communication, results orientation.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AI/ML (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
• Experience in intelligent automation and RPA projects.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Advanced English.
• Experience in corporate environments with high technological complexity.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports for management. Manage, coordinate, and plan technological projects in different areas of the banking sector.
• Translate functional business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage the budgets assigned to the project
• Continuously manage the risks associated with the project.
• Monitor the project and report status to the entity's management.
