Knowledge and/or experience:

• Banking operations.

• Requirements definition in transformational projects.

• Knowledge and experience in process transformation projects with a digital focus.

• Project management interacting with multidisciplinary teams.

• KPI definition in a process.

• Familiarity with reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI, Obiee)

• Proficiency in tools such as PPM (Clarity), Rally, Jira and/or similar.

• English with a medium-high level, both spoken and written.

Skills and competencies:

• At least 2 years of experience in technological project management.

• People and team management.

• Ability to prioritize tasks with a transversal vision (business knowledge).

• Ability to make quick decisions aligned with the methodology.

• Good communication skills (decisive and clear) with both technological and business profiles.

Certifications:

• Complementary training in Agile and Product Management (PMI, Scrum, Kanban...).

• Possession of certifications validating the level of knowledge provided is desirable.

Banco de Crédito Cooperativo (BCC) needs to recruit technical staff for the Proxy PO office.

• Perform the Proxy role in technological project management, acting as the main driver of the choreography and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

• Redesign, govern, and monitor the objectives and KPIs of the main business processes.

• Identify and coordinate the needs derived from process redesigns in transversal corporate Solutions.

• Possibility of partial remote work.

• Availability for occasional travel.
