Functional Analyst - Business Processes and Profitability

At Cajamar Tecnología, we need to hire a person for the Business Reporting office.

What functions would you perform?

• Process definition and optimization:
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
  • Document procedures and ensure their correct implementation.
• Profitability management:
  • Evaluate the profitability of products, services, and channels.
  • Prepare economic-financial analysis reports for decision-making.
• Interaction with key areas:
  • Collaborate with business, finance, technology, and internal control.
  • Participate in digital transformation and process automation projects.
• Control and monitoring:
  • Define indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and process traceability.
• Interaction with key areas:
  • Collaborate with risk, business, internal audit, and technology.
  • Participate in regulatory and digital transformation projects.
• Optimization and reporting:
  • Improve efficiency in reporting and data quality.
  • Support the digitalization of risk processes.

• People and team management.
• Capacity for prioritization and quick decision-making aligned with the methodology.
• Good communication skills (decisive and clear) to interact with different stakeholders.
