Cloud SRE - IT Infrastructure and Operations

• University degree related to the position (Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in responsibility positions within the field related to the operation and administration of technological infrastructure in Cloud environments of one of the main providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Demonstrable experience in the management of technological services for large companies.
• Broad and varied knowledge of the main market technologies and practical use.
• Experience in budget management and quality supervision of technological services.
• Ability in problem and conflict resolution, as well as managing risks autonomously.
• Ease of working and building teams.
• Experience with service operation methodologies.
• Commitment to work and to the company.
• Strategic vision.

• The existence of certifications accrediting knowledge (ITIL, COBIT) will be valued
• Knowledge of the financial and consumption models of the main Cloud providers (especially Azure and OCI) will be valued
• Knowledge of OpenShift technology will be valued
• Certifications related to Cloud architecture in the field.

• Knowledge of English (high level) in oral and written comprehension and expression.

At Cajamar Tecnología, we need to bring a person into the Service Management (SMO) office.

• Supervise, guarantee, and improve the efficiency of the IT Infrastructure and Operations services associated with the Cloud
• Supervise and verify the end-to-end compliance of the defined SLAs
• Control and manage the correct compliance with the agreements established with the providers participating in the provision of IT Infrastructure and Operations services associated with the Cloud
• Promote corrective measures in case of non-compliance, as well as the execution of penalties/service credits, where applicable
• Carry out the control of consumption and billing, its growth forecast, and the resulting economic impact
• Establish and verify compliance with internal bank standards and mandatory compliance for the operation of the IT Infrastructure and Operations services associated with the Cloud
• Coordinate with the different service areas any internal change that affects the operation of the Cloud technological infrastructure
• Manage and prepare the internal reporting for the monitoring and evolution of the area, as well as the control of providers
• Ensure compliance with and follow up on Audit and Cybersecurity recommendations associated with the various fields.
