The role

We are looking for a person to take responsibility for managing Personnel Administration and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, information quality, and efficient management of administrative processes.

This position will play a key role in payroll coordination, contract management, and employee support, working closely with the team and external providers.

What you'll do

  • Manage the monthly payroll process, including preparation, review, validation, and closing.

  • Coordinate with the external payroll provider and perform incident tracking.

  • Manage employment contracts, registrations, terminations, contractual modifications, and labor documentation.

  • Attend to and resolve employee inquiries and incidents related to payroll and Personnel Administration.

  • Keep employee data and documentation up to date in the management systems.

  • Provide support in compliance with labor and Social Security regulations.

  • Guarantee the correct management and confidentiality of employee information.

  • Collaborate with the team in the improvement and efficiency of the area's processes.
