Requirements

The role

We are looking for a Content Training Specialist to join our scientific training team.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate in the design of training plans, schedule training calendars, coordinate their implementation in the corresponding area, and execute the training actions assigned to you.
  • Select and develop teaching resources for training delivery.
  • Develop different training materials depending on the client we are addressing (presentations, guides, e-learning courses, podcast, webinar...)
  • Deliver scientific training activities by selecting, designing, reviewing, and controlling the effectiveness of the means to be used.
  • Propose teaching methodologies aligned with training trends in the pharmaceutical industry, especially those applicable to digital training environments.
  • Identify training needs for both the medical and pharmaceutical commercial network and our dermatologist clients, proposing appropriate consultation and segmentation mechanisms to the area manager.
  • Analyze both the effectiveness of the training sessions delivered and their suitability to commercial needs and objectives, proposing indicators for the transfer of training to the workplace, as well as evaluation indicators.
  • Frequently update training activities from both a scientific standpoint (content) and in terms of the resources used for training delivery (media), and propose continuous improvements.
