The role
We are looking for an Agentic AI & Network Transformation Manager to lead the transformation of Telefónica's SNOC towards a model of intelligent, automated, and progressively autonomous operations, supported by Agentic AI, Generative AI, AIOps, and Advanced Automation capabilities.
This role will be responsible for coordinating the execution of the different work streams, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholders. You will act as the main link between Telefónica, the SNOC operational teams, functional leaders, solution architects, and the AI Factory located in India.
While an understanding of the technological concepts associated with AI, automation, and network operations is required, the primary responsibility of the position will be the integral management of the transformation program, the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and the achievement of the committed business benefits.
What you'll do
Transformation Leadership
Program Management
- Lead the transformation office associated with the program.
- Manage scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Establish governance mechanisms with Telefónica and Capgemini.
- Coordinate monitoring committees with executive and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with program milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Coordinate the execution of the different work streams.
- Prioritize improvement initiatives based on Agentic AI, automation, and operational optimization.
- Measure and report the benefits obtained in productivity, quality of service, and operational efficiency.
Team management
- Lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate the activity of the AI Factory in India responsible for the development of Agentic AI capabilities.
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and international collaboration.
Client Relationship
- Act as the interlocutor for Agentic AI transformation within the SNOC program.
