Would you like to work in requirements analysis and technical documentation management within the aeronautical sector? At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Technical Documentation and Procedures Engineer for aeronautical sector projects in Getafe, Madrid. You will participate in the review of customer requirements and contractual documentation, identifying discrepancies and ensuring consistency across project documents. Your work will combine technical and documentary analysis with the updating of templates and the development of equipment-specific procedures.

• Analyze customer requirements and cross-check them against the Request for Proposal (RfP) and applicable contractual documentation.
• Identify uncovered requirements, discrepancies, and inconsistencies between documents.
• Update and publish templates based on requirements gap analysis.
• Review annexes and ensure their consistency with the overall documentation.
• Analyze issued and signed contracts to identify applicable requirements.
• Develop equipment-specific procedures, adapted to each case.
• Contribute to the alignment and consistency of the RfP contractual package.

To feel comfortable in this position, knowledge of the following is required:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

• Document management in technical environments and knowledge of the aeronautical field.

• Process quality or management of aeronautical technical manuals, such as AMM, AFI, AFM, or Service Bulletin.

• Requirements analysis and identification of differences between customer needs and contractual documentation.

• Review and updating of templates, technical procedures, and annexes.

• Analysis of contractual documentation and consistency of the documentation package associated with the RfP.
