Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Extensive experience designing and automating infrastructure using Terraform and Azure ARM Templates.
  • Advanced Linux systems administration: Experience in production Linux environments, automation using Bash and Shell Scripting, and optimizing availability, performance, and security.
  • Containerization and orchestration: Mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for deploying and managing cloud-native applications.
  • CI/CD and DevSecOps: Proven experience designing and maintaining pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD, integrating quality and security controls throughout the development lifecycle.
  • GitOps and advanced automation: Practical knowledge of ArgoCD and/or FluxCD to ensure reproducible, traceable, and consistent deployments.
  • Observability and reliability: Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing solutions with technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or the ELK Stack.
  • Configuration management: Experience creating and maintaining automations using Ansible and standardizing configurations across different environments.
  • Complex systems integration: Ability to participate in integration activities, technical validation, incident resolution, and coordination with multiple teams and vendors.
  • Communication skills with international teams and global initiatives; professional English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in software development (Java, TypeScript) and platform automation.
  • Advanced Kubernetes knowledge, including developing Operators, Controllers, and CRDs using Kubebuilder or controller-runtime.
  • Experience in SRE environments, defining SLIs/SLOs, managing incidents, and improving service reliability.
  • Modern observability knowledge using OpenTelemetry and advanced monitoring ecosystems.
  • Experience in regulated environments or with high cybersecurity requirements and compliance with standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, or equivalent).
  • Experience in the Telecommunications sector, especially on carrier-grade platforms, telecom operator cloud infrastructures, or critical services.

The role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with at least 4 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and professional level English to participate in a long-term strategic project within the telecommunications sector, collaborating in the construction, automation, and operation of critical platforms and Cloud infrastructure.

The role involves working with a high level of autonomy in the design, deployment, and evolution of complex technological environments, acting as a reference for DevOps and DevSecOps best practices.

You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and integration teams to ensure the availability, resilience, security, and performance of services.

You will participate in informed technical decision-making, leading initiatives in automation, observability, integration, and continuous improvement in enterprise and mission-critical environments.

You will actively contribute to the evolution of operational processes, automated deployments, and engineering standards within agile and international teams.

Delivery Manager Note

Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager with at least 5 years of experience in roles related to the agile delivery context of software solutions, with fluent French, who are very passionate about technology and interested in being part of a high-tech talent ecosystem, in a multicultural environment, and in an active, dynamic, and open culture.
