Requirements

What we're looking for

To feel comfortable in this position, knowledge of the following is required:

  • Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with AMOS, especially in implementation activities.

  • Experience in Production planning, operational support, or resource coordination.

  • Orientation towards continuous improvement, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with technical, operational, and supplier teams.

  • English level B2 or higher.

The role

Would you like to directly contribute to the efficiency of aerospace maintenance operations? At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Production Engineer to join a project in the aerospace sector in Madrid. You will work alongside the Line Maintenance teams to ensure that every intervention has the necessary resources, materials, tools, and documentation. You will also participate in Production planning, coordination with technical areas and CAMO, supplier follow-up, and the development of continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Provide support to Line Maintenance Production.
  • Plan human and material resources, documentation, and tooling.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
  • Coordinate with technical areas, CAMO, suppliers, and external teams.
  • Follow up on audits and Non-Conformities.
