Technical-Functional Salesforce Consultant

• Engineering (any specialty) or equivalent training in a Higher Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, with knowledge of the different phases of a project and subsequent support.
• Demonstrable experience in declarative Salesforce configuration and customization, as well as development using Apex.
• Experience in the design and development of robust, maintainable solutions aligned with best practices and Salesforce standards.
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) applied to the energy or utilities sector, including
• OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards)
• Industries CPQ (product catalog, attributes, price lists, pricing plans, and calculation matrices).
• Experience in companies within the energy or utilities sector, with knowledge of processes such as customers, contracts, products, offers, rates, sales, and customer service.
• Ability to perform functional and technical analysis, translating business needs into configurable solutions or developments on Salesforce.
• Knowledge of security models, profiles, permissions, roles, sharing, and data governance in Salesforce.
• Experience in testing, deployments, version control, and incident resolution in Salesforce environments.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; Catalan and/or Portuguese are valued.

• Official Salesforce certifications related to administration, development, Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, or CPQ.
• Experience in integrations between Salesforce and SAP.
• Experience with MuleSoft and in the design or maintenance of integrations via APIs.
• Experience in Experience Cloud, in the configuration and maintenance of portals for partners or sales channels, including external user management, security models, external sharing, and the integration of LWC and OmniStudio components into the portal.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce development and deployment tools.
• Experience in integrations with billing platforms, ERP, customer portals, or other systems in the energy ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Office tools.

At Audax, we are looking to hire a Technical-Functional Salesforce Consultant to help us continue evolving one of the most strategic technological platforms for our business. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will participate in high-impact projects, collaborating closely with business and technology to design, implement, and improve innovative solutions that bring value to our customers and the organization.

Under the supervision of the application maintenance manager, the selected person must:

• Have in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its application in commercial, contracting, customer service, product management, and sales processes of a company in the energy sector.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permissions, profiles, layouts, and automations.
• Design, develop, review, and maintain solutions using Apex code, triggers, classes, unit tests, and other Salesforce development components.
• Receive, categorize, and manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance requests, resolving them directly when possible or escalating them to the corresponding team.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of incidents, requirements, and new business needs.
• Understand the functional processes of the energy business and their implementation in Salesforce.
• Review and understand existing configuration, custom developments, and integrations with other corporate systems.
• Execute troubleshooting tasks, error diagnosis, and performance analysis.
• Support key users in the analysis, definition, and prioritization of new requests.
• Collaborate on implementation and improvement projects, guaranteeing the quality of the solution and a correct transition to maintenance.
• Participate in internal training activities, documentation, and knowledge transfer to the team.
• Coordinate with external consultancy or specialized support when necessary.
