• You will perform the tracking and control of orders and repairs, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and the correct coordination of associated activities.
• You will perform the control of execution times and the monitoring of incidents, identifying possible deviations and proposing preventive actions to minimize operational risks.
• You will perform management and coordination with suppliers, internal clients, and external clients, guaranteeing fluid communication and the adequate follow-up of service needs.
• You will perform the updating, maintenance, and analysis of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the availability and reliability of information for decision-making.
• You will perform support tasks for continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating in the identification, implementation, and follow-up of actions aimed at optimizing processes and results.
